Public Input Needed for Atlanta’s Downtown Park Development

So much has happened since my last post and yes I needed to spend time thinking of how to move next. I have always felt our local politics are affected the most and it is time to dig in and do our Due Diligence. Atlanta has a Mayoral and city council election this year and we need to hire elect leaders who have our best interest in mind.

Here is the link to the planned park over downtown Atlanta that is open for public discussion. We should all share our thoughts and opinions about this project. Because ultimately our tax dollars will go to build it. My exact thoughts this will only help rich developers become richer.

Those 6,000 stakeholders who agreed to this are probably the very same developers. I assure you that the majority of Atlanta residents do not know of this project. Most residents are too busy working to pay the expensive energy and utility bills in Atlanta. Can our city help us with that, please?

This is the stupidest idea we have heard since the Gulch development. The bottom line is we the residents must become better at managing our elected hires. We must put leaders in place who care more about residents than developing buildings and parks that we do not need, so that their names can go on it. We must be better citizens, simply we MUST BOSS UP!
