The 47th Atlanta Jazz Festival, asked a son to come home and play and boy oh boy, did he. Andre Benjiman performed his new album New Blue Sun, filled with wind instruments and Tantric styled music and we loved it.
Andre, 49 as of 5/27/2024, he seemed a little nervous, played improvisational and gave a tribute to Rico Wade.
Dre, your set was way too short and we want more. Come home more often, continue to play and grow and always know you are a king and a son of the A and we always want to hear from you.
